How can I track my order?

To track your order, log in to your Shubh Kary account and go to the ‘Order History’ section. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

How are orders from Shubh Kary delivered?

We dispatch all orders through our trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your pooja essentials.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

 We offer same-day delivery within 5 hours for selected locations, including Pune and Pushkar. For all other PAN India locations, delivery will take 5-7 working days. We're also working on expanding same-day delivery to more locations. This ensures you receive your wedding pooja items quickly, exactly when you need them.

Will all products in my order be shipped together?

We strive to ship all products in an order together. However, if some items are ready to ship earlier than others, we might dispatch them separately. You'll be notified via email and SMS for each shipment.

What does "Estimated Delivery Time" mean?

 The estimated delivery time is the expected duration for your order to arrive, which can range from 3-5 hours depending on your location. For locations other than Pune and Pushkar, delivery will typically take 5-7 days.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay online using Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, Google Pay, UPI, or PayPal. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) .

Can I open a shipment before accepting it?

Yes, you can inspect your items upon delivery with our Open Box Delivery service. The courier will allow you to check the contents before accepting the package.

My order is delayed. When can I expect it?

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We provide delivery services only within India.

Can I change the address/Number

Any major change in delivery address is not possible after you have placed an order with us. However, slight modifications like changing the flat number, street name, landmark etc. are allowed. If you have received delivery executive details, you can directly call delivery executive else you could contact our customer service team.
